Shipping Policy

Orders shipping within the contiguous US that are over $50.00 will receive FREE shipping (HI, AK, APO, PR, Guam, etc. excluded). Usually, orders under 2 pounds are shipped through the US Postal Service and heavier orders are shipped UPS Ground. We do not ship outside of the United States and Canada.

Orders shipping to non-contiguous U.S. territories will be shipped through the Postal Service. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, & Palau.

Orders that are shipped to Canada will ship Priority Mail. Due to high restrictions and customs inspections, orders may take up to 6-12 business days to be delivered. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Canada do not receive tracking numbers. Usually lighter orders take 6-7 days while heavier orders take longer. Customers are held responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by Canadian Customs upon delivery.

We ship from Long Beach, California M-F. Orders placed before 5PM PST usually ship out the same day. Usually, orders placed after 5PM PST will ship the following day. Orders placed Friday after 4PM PST will ship the following Monday. Transit time usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive to the East Coast and 1-3 working days on the West Coast. Our orders are imported every few hours into our internal processing system. At that time you will receive an email from us with an order number and another email will follow with a tracking number a few hours after the item leaves our facility. Transit times start when your package leaves our warehouse. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable.
